The involvement of families is a crucial and important component of the services we provide. It is the foundation for service excellence and process improvement through our policy development, program evaluation, and staff development techniques in order to achieve the common goal of building a better quality of life for the patients and families receiving our services. As a provider of these services, we support our staff of therapists and guide them through the process of partnering with the families of the patients they are serving to address and identity desired outcomes for themselves and/or their family. On-going communication, shared feedback, and a common understanding of how to support the patient in their natural settings and community life, is the backbone to the partnership between our practice, our therapists, and the families of the patients receiving our services. These actions create a catalyst in meeting and exceeding these desired outcomes and the common goal!
